HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!

Happy Memorial Day to everyone!  Hope everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.  We had a pretty laid back week.  Just chilling out at home and spending time as a family.  Here are a couple pictures of the girls enjoying their cheese balls.  :)

On Tuesday we went to the St. Charles Fire Department open house this week.  The girls got to see the outside of the fire trucks and go inside the Ambulances.  They also got hot dogs, chips, brownies, and juice!  Kenna had a blast!

I also got some fun videos of the girls showing off their moves.  Sorry I don't know how to turn the video so it's the right way, but it's still pretty fun to watch them rockin out :)

Friday I helped Melissa bag groceries to earn money for her 3 day walk.  Robbie came into town with the girls and we were able to go out to eat with our friends Janelle and Tim and their baby girl, Morgan.  We went to Chuck E Cheese.  Kenna loved it.  Here are some pics of her enjoying the fun games.

It was the first time Janelle and Tim took Morgan out to a restaurant.  She did GREAT!  :)

B on the other hand did not have a great night.  She had her one year shots on Friday and they really affected her.  She threw up twice and wouldn't stand on her legs for two days.  :(  Poor babe was miserable!

On Sunday we drove up to Pillager for my cousins graduation party.  We will just leave it at....it was a long trip.  :)  The girls did have fun playing and they even got to eat at IHop on the way home.  Here is Kenna enjoying her pancakes :)

For Memorial Day we spent the day with the Gora's.  It was nice to get together with them and hang out.  Here are some pics of Kenna and Ty playing at the water table.

Feels like Summer!

Wow!  Can you believe the weather!?!?  Girls have enjoyed being able to play outside.  B wasn't so sure about the grass right away, but seems to have adjusted to its feel a lot faster than Kenna ever did.  :)  B had one day that she must have played too hard because we were watching TV and when we looked up here is what we saw :)

We spent Sunday just bummin' around.  Here are some fun pics from the day:

We brought the camper back home.  Kenna thinks it's pretty cool.  Have planned one trip already.  Talking with some friends of ours to get a trip planned with them and then we will just go around the area and keep the girls busy OR I should say they will keep us busy.  :)  

Kenna got her tube taken out of her left ear on Tuesday.  She was such a big girl!  Didn't want to sit in Rob's lap and let them pull it out without a fuss.  Now we just need to be careful not to get water in her ear for 6 weeks!  

B goes in for her 1 year appointment next week.  Still crazy to believe my baby is one!

Brynn turns one!!

Happy Mother's Day everyone!  We had a great day!  Brynn's party with family was today.  Kenna got to spend all day playing with her cousins and B enjoyed all of the attention on her :)  Here are some pictures from the day!

It's been a busy week for me too.  I accepted a new position at John Marshall.  I will be working with students with learning disabilities next year.  I'm pretty excited.  I am co-chair for prom at JM and that was on Saturday night.  We got the decorations all done and up- even though we were missing like 1/4 of the decorations because they weren't shipped, the dance went off without a hitch - even though the caterer didn't show up, and the whole time B was home with hand,foot, and mouth disease. :)  Now we are in the down hill ride of the school year so things should start to slow down.  Hope everyone is doing great!

I'M DONE!

So I'm all done!!!! Paper has been accepted and turned into a journal for review and all of my coursework is complete!  On Friday I had my hooding for getting my Masters in Education.  It was very nice.  Robbie and the girls, my parents, and Steve and Deb were able to make it.  I had my dad hood me.  Then we all went out to eat to Jeffersons!  It was a nice relaxing day :)  Here are just a few pictures from the day.

The girls have been good.  Now that B can walk she is really getting into all of sissy's stuff :)  This week we have our ultrasound for the little peanut!  Hope everyone enjoyed the nice weather this last week!
